Pasta Frittata


For those who are not familiar with Frittata… calm down Frittata is an italian omelette, in other words it’s basically eggs mixed with whatever you got in your fridge.
I used to make Frittata with vegies but I recently discovered that I can put anything in there… even Spaghetti!

Get ready to be stunned with this easy all star homemade spaghetti frittata ( don’t mix it with ferttoto… sounds cheesy right ? Trust me one of my friends did 😀 … I hope that he wasn’t serious about it )

All you need is:
2 eggs
Some fresh coriander
 1 small bowl of cooked spaghetti or any kind of pasta you’d like.

And the coolest thing is that the execution is even more simple, all you have to do is grab that bowl, pour the eggs, the coriander (after cuting it of course) and don’t forget the cheese ( everybody loves cheese… except for my friend Jamal who doesn’t, he even eats pizza without cheese. Can you believe that?)

               Okay, this picture doesn’t look good at all! But it’s a shortcut for those who don’t have enough time to read …. Those who didn’t read this part too! LOL 

Unless you love raw eggs, you should have guessed by now that it’s that part when you have to cook your frittata…

Heat up a non-stick pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil then spread the mixture evenly along the pan. Let it cook for about 5 minutes on medium heat until the edges become crispy and solid, then flip it over using a plate so that the top will be nicely browned too.
