No bake avocado cake


While preparing for my exams, I was having a hard time to find something sweet and fresh to eat! I had enough of taking cookies and biscuits… But I had some speculoos, besides my father bought some avocadoes! And so I came up with this idea of combining avocadoes, speculoos biscuits, and maybe some dark chocolate and cacao powder.
The result was stunning! Ask my father, he adored it !

Ingredients: 


3 to 4 avocadoes 
12 speculoos biscuits ( or use golden (moroccans will get it)) 
1 tbs honey 
1 tbs lemon juice 
2 to 3 tbs milk
2 kiri portions 
3 tbs Coffee 



Instructions: 


1– Place the Speculoos in food processor until finely ground.  Press crumb mixture onto        
       bottom of a pan pour the coffee on top of it then Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes to set. 

2- Using a food processor combine avocados, lemon juice, honey, milk and  kiri. 

3- Pour the avocado mixture into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Chill in the f            freezer for 1 hour to set. 

4- Garnish with cacao powder and some dark chocolate .
