- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbs vanilla sugar
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/2 l milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2/3 cup water
- Start making your batter by adding the wet ingredients into the dry ones.
- Rest for one hour in the fridge ;
- Pour the batter into the greased pan;
- When the top is dry, flip the crêpes.
