Spanish tortilla


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 medium potatotes
  • 1 big carrot
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup of green peas
  • 1 tbs Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Cheese


  1. First, peel the veggies and cube them; Then boil the carrot, the potatoes and the green peas.
  2. In a pan, put 1 tbs of olive oil and the chopped onions, cook for 10 min on low heat.
  3. Now combine the veggies, the onion and the eggs. season it !
  4. Pour the mixture into a non stick pan, cook for 10 min then flip it over to cook it for another 5 min.
