- 2 eggs
- 2 medium potatotes
- 1 big carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 cup of green peas
- 1 tbs Olive oil
- Salt, pepper
- First, peel the veggies and cube them; Then boil the carrot, the potatoes and the green peas.
- In a pan, put 1 tbs of olive oil and the chopped onions, cook for 10 min on low heat.
- Now combine the veggies, the onion and the eggs. season it !
- Pour the mixture into a non stick pan, cook for 10 min then flip it over to cook it for another 5 min.
