My sister and I wanted to have a picnic in the backyard, so we thought about making some muffins! And since they were plenty of bananas at home, nothing would sound better than big sized Banana muffins!
The muffins could be ready in 30 minutes, serve with some milk and there you go ! the whole family loved them, the muffins were moist and delicious… Even my mom who thought that bananas were not made for cakes was impressed!

- 2 bananas
- 75g white Sugar
- 1 egg
- 7g baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 150g Flour
- 70g butter
- First, preheat the oven at 190°c.
- Mash the bananas, then add sugar, the egg and melted butter.
- Beat the mixture, add dry ingredients while whisking!
- Fill muffin cases two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 mins, until risen.
